Team Memory Bright participated in the Traverse City Walk to End Alzheimer's at Hull Park—a community event featuring purple attire, ceremonies, and awareness-raising activities. Registration opened at 9am, with the Promise Garden ceremony and walk beginning at 10am, supported by local volunteers cheering participants along the route.
This event is part of the Alzheimer's Association's nationwide initiative, described as "the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research."
The organization thanked event organizers, volunteers, and participating teams for their support of families in northern Michigan. Supporters unable to attend in person can still contribute to local care initiatives and research efforts.
