What is Memory Bright?
Memory Bright is a reminiscence-based platform that helps families and care teams create Memory Sessions using photos, voices, and stories. Users can engage through Game, Story, Explore, or Auto Play.
Do I need personal photos to start?
No. Many people start with Feature Albums for quick engagement, then build Life Albums over time.
What is a Memory Session?
A Memory Session is a short, repeatable time of connection built around familiar cues. Sessions can be 5 minutes or 30—designed to be positive and comfortable.

Life Albums & Media
What is a Life Album?
A Life Album is a collection of album items (people, places, and things). Each album item can include multiple photos, audio clips, and short videos to provide stronger recognition cues.
Can I add multiple photos and voice notes for the same person?
Yes. Adding multiple media items to a single album item is encouraged. Different photos, angles, and voice notes can improve familiarity and engagement.
Can I update and replace media later?
Yes. Caregivers can add, edit, replace, and organize album items and media anytime.
Feature Albums
What are Feature Albums?
Feature Albums are curated collections built for quick, reliable engagement. They can include photos, audio, and short videos and work with all Memory Activities.
What are rotating free previews?
We may offer a small set of preview albums that rotate over time. Subscribing unlocks the full library.
Can Feature Albums be used by care organizations?
Yes. Care organizations use Feature Albums for consistent programming and fast session setup across staff and shifts.

What login options are available?
Memory Bright supports LoginID/Password, a Personal Login Code, or a unique Personal Login Link.
Can I invite family members?
Yes. Caregivers can add users and control who can view or manage albums (depending on your setup).
Care Organizations
Do you offer pilots for care organizations?
Yes. Most organizations start with a pilot that includes onboarding support and a success review plan.
What reporting is available?
Analytics can include time in session, date/time, screens viewed, and game scores.
