Trial and payment
The 30-day free trial requires no credit card and does not turn into an automatic charge when it ends. You choose a paid plan if you wish to continue. The subscription page details the costs and feature of each plan. Applicable tax and the total due should be shown before purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
To cancel a paid plan, use the online function under the profile option. For assistance, email support@mymemorybright.com. Cancellation stops future charges as described at checkout and under applicable law; it is separate from an account deletion request.
Eligibility window is measured from each annual renewal and prorated to the following month. Monthly renewals are not eligible for a refund. We will provide refunds required by law. Contact support@mymemorybright.com with the account email and charge date; do not send full card numbers by email.
