Private links should stay private
A valid Magic Link may open an album without another password. Share it only with people you trust and avoid forwarding it.
Family media is not advertising material
Memory Bright does not use private family content in advertising or public testimonials without separate permission and does not use uploaded media to train a general-purpose AI.
Personal information is not sold
Memory Bright does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Access & sharing
Know who may be able to open an album.
People you invite—or anyone who receives a working Magic Link—may be able to see the album content the link permits. A link may remain usable until it expires or is revoked, depending on the current product design.
Your part matters, too.
Protect passwords, login codes, and Magic Links from unauthorized use. Only upload content you have the right and permission to share.
Invite thoughtfully
Share account access and Magic Links only with trusted family members and caregivers.
Limit sensitive uploads
Do not upload medical records or other personal, sensitive information. Family content may reveal health circumstances and relationships.
Keep your own copies
Memory Bright is not a backup or archival service. Keep separate copies of irreplaceable photographs, videos, and recordings.

Memory Bright uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers
Providers may help host data, deliver email or text, process payments, maintain security, provide support, or supply analytics under appropriate agreements.
Support access
Support staff access customer data only while providing direct support, according to the approved Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept as needed to provide the service and meet documented security, legal, and accounting needs. Specific periods and exceptions are listed in the full Privacy Policy.
