By uploading personal media to preserve family memories, you agree that:

  • You own or have permission for the content
  • The service may store, process, and display content to you and linked family members
  • You retain ownership; the company claims only operational rights

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.

5. Family Sharing and Caregiver Responsibility

As a caregiver inviting others to view memory albums, you're responsible for ensuring invited users respect content and follow these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use the service to upload offensive content, violate privacy or intellectual property, or disrupt the platform. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion.

7. Subscription and Payments

The service offers a 30-day free trial, then charges $9.95 monthly with automatic billing. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through account settings. A third-party provider handles payments securely.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Users may cancel anytime, with access continuing through the current billing cycle. Prorated or partial refunds aren't offered after billing occurs.

9. Changes to the Service

The company may modify features and functionality, with notifications provided for major updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

Memory Bright is provided “as is.” Liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

11. Governing Law

Terms are governed by Michigan state law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
